Default Voice Navigation Destination

Anyone have trouble using Voice Navigation Destination in your new Cascada? We can figure out why the Voice Navigation Destination will not work, I will not recognize streets, city's or anything, it always wants to go to California.
Thanks

Yes, I've had the same problem...including the routing to California (when I say "Georgia"!?). In all fairness, I did successfully use voice navigation a couple of days ago. I generally avoid it though.

I love my Cascada but must admit that the navigation system in my Ford Focus worked much better.

The navigation on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is smarter.

My 2017 was having similar problems with voice "destination / address", but then I tried the command "DIRECTED ADDRESS". This command has you state the address one step at a time, in the format State, City, Street, then House number.

This worked for me.

I am so fed up with the navigation system that I purchased a Garmin. Works much better and it comes with free lifetime updates plus free traffic warnings. The day I received the Cascada I started receiving notices to update the navigation at (I think) $200 a pop. I saved money and received a better product with the Garmin.
