Default Let's take a look at the Opel Cascada interior

I didn't see any threads on the interior of the Opel Cascada so I thought I would post some pictures up here and give my two cents.

I think that the interior is looking great. better than the exterior IMO. The leather seats look great, though I wouldn't go for the beige leather, and the center console looks good too. It could perhaps have done with fewer buttons to make things simpler.

What does everyone think of the interior?

I think it looks typical GM. Not bad for the price point, i just see lots of similarities between Opel/Vauxhall and Buick...

Carbon clone of the Verano, or maybe the Verano was cloned from Opel... It looks like the Cascada has thigh supports on the front buckets, which I like quite a bit, glad to see more makers including this feature.

The Cascada also occupies that strange in between economy and luxury area of the market. Not many car makers are in this area of the industry. Luxurious without being too luxurious, you know?

It would be nice if the Cascada came with some more materials options for the interior. Some nice would trim would be a great way to make the interior look more expensive.

the interior is nice, i just hate the steering wheel, it's too bulky and ugly.

I like the interior.

But check out that rear legroom!

At least they have cup holders back there though!

Yeah rear leg room is horrible, but better than some other coupes/convertibles, it's doable for the odd times someone with the Cascada will need it.

You can really see the relationship between GM/Buick and Opel play out in that interior design.

Yup, it's possible they used the same design studio or just shared the design and tailored it for different markets, which has seem to be the case with a lot of GM and Opel and other GM-based brands.

the existing Buick interiors actually seem to be very similar to the interior here.
Wonder if it was originally an Opel designed interior.

forgot to mention this earlier but i LOVE the seat design. i was always a fan of diamond stitching on seats, or just really cool classy designs. Usually this stuff is on high end $80k ( plus (usd) cars. at least the cascada gets some great seats:
