bshep19 I have found that the tank is almost empty when the red light comes on as well. Now I never let it fall below 1/4.

If you "play" with the power window button (hit it down twice quickly) the window will open just a crack as well.

As for the gas cap I just put the wire in the hook and it holds the cap away from the car body.

Loachdvr I have a 2017 with a 14.8 gallon tank. The 'low level light' came on, and I drove only 1 mile to get gas, and it took 13.2 gallons. This means I had 1.6 left in the tank. The gauge needle was about halfway into the 'red' zone.

Auto Windows

Press the button on the door down and when is gets to the desired level press the button again. It works the same way going up except you are pulling the button up.

gene2016 What I found out was you can't crack them when their up , but you can raise the window when their down. They all act as express down.

Windows

I can get my windows down partially. It requires "playing" with the window buttons very quickly...but it works!

gene2016 Thanks for the warning. I would not have guessed it would be that close.

I found out something I did not know, you cannot crack the windows a little bit. The are either up or down, they act as express windows like the drivers window. I put the top up and just wanted to crack a window for heat and couldn't do it.

Another thing, the tether on the gas cap, is that suppose to fit on the door some how ? Usually they do someway but I don't seem to get this one, it basically hangs.

Retired 2010 Yes, my salesman warned me about the light going when it's really low on gas.
I try not to let my tank go below 1/3

Low Fuel Warning Light

I've noticed that my warning light doesn't come on until the gas gauge gets fully into the read. Today, for the first time, I paid attention to exactly how low my tank actually got before the light came on....

I stopped to fill up about five miles after the light came on. It took 14.1 gallons. Tank capacity is 14.3 gallons.

I need to pay more attention to the gauge itself and not rely on the warning light. Unless this was a fluke, I would have been able to drive less than ten miles after the warning light came on. Yikes.
